$100 minimum e-Gift Card must be purchased to receive $20 e-Gift Card — any amount between $100 -$1000 is eligible for a $20 e-Gift Card only.
Must meet the $50 minimum for the bonus gift card. Any e-Gift Cards under $50 are not eligible for a bonus e-Gift Card
